A man has been arrested after firing off two shotguns into the roof of a residence on Clarendon Street.The home is near Martin Luther King Boulevard in east Bakersfield. No one was hurt and officers arrested 36-year-old Charles Barefield without incident around 12:30 Thursday morning. The two shotguns and a rifle were seized.
