A man killed when his motor scooter collided with a truck at Roberts Lane and Oildale Drive is identified.The coroner says it was 39-year-old Jeffrey Stiffler of Bakersfield who died. The crash happened last Friday evening and the victim died later at Kern Medical. It remains under investigation why the scooter slammed into truck.
