Bakersfield Police have opened their new property room, which is now near their shooting range on Truxtun Avenue west of Oak Street downtown. The property room is where people can retrieve items that were stolen or otherwise confiscated.

It’s open Monday through Thursday afternoons between 2:00 and 5:00. Appointments are strongly encouraged.
