The Sheriff’s office says a new email scam is making the rounds asking for $2,500.The email says it’s a loan to travel to the Philippines for a family member being treated for cancer. The email is from [email protected] and is signed with the name “Lois.” The office asks if you are contacted by a possible scammer, report it to law enforcement.
