More than a hundred food trucks are scrambling to find new food prep facilities, known as a commissary. The Catering Stop on Beardsley Avenue in central Bakersfield remains closed after health violations last week. Corson says they have not heard from The Catering Stop since they were shut down last week about whether they plan to reopen or not.
