The County Department of Human Services is hosting the final JobFest of the year.The employment fair series wraps up with an event at Cesar Chavez High School on Browning Road in Delano. 70 employers are expected to be on hand Thursday ready to interview and hire from 9:00 AM ’til noon. The unemployment rate in Delano is 11.4-percent.
