The man who was killed near Caroline Harris Elementary School in central Bakersfield was 50-year-old Mohammad Rahman, the owner of a local taxi company.

Police found Rahman’s body Saturday morning outside his home on Garnsey Lane. His family has no idea why he was attacked, and no suspects have been identified.
