The prisoner convicted of stomping and strangling his cellmate will have to wait another three months to find out his fate. The jury could not decide whether Dennis Bratton deserved the Death Penalty for the assault that killed Andrew Keel four years ago at Kern Valley State Prison. A judge may decide the sentence in September.
