A man has been killed crossing Ming Avenue.The accident was on Mong just east of Gosford Road in southwest Bakersfield. Police arrived at 6:50 Sunday night to find the man in the roadway and the driver who hit him staying on the scene. Drugs and alcohol were found not to be factors in the accident, the victim was not in a crosswalk.
