Bakersfield Police say a man suspected of shooting and killing another man in a home this weekend is considered armed and dangerous. Sgt. Damon Youngblood says they’ve identified him as 38-year-old Pierre William Rizzo, who reportedly entered the home on Rollingbay Drive behind the Rosedale Promenade around 9:15 Saturday morning. Rizzo may be driving a white Toyota Highlander with no plates.
