The coroner’s office has identified the driver of a small pickup killed in a suspected DUI crash on Taft Highway as 25-year-old Francisco Javier De La Cruz of Taft. Bakersfield police say a sedan crossed into oncoming traffic west of Stine Road, the driver and passenger in that car have moderate injuries.
