A company that puts on high profile concerts at the Fox Theater in Bakersfield may sue a longtime promoter over $154-thousand in missing ticket proceeds. Icon Concerts also alleges Bob Bender went “missing in action” along with the money in May before a performance by Jeff Dunham. Bakersfield Police have been asked to investigate.
