Three suspected gang members arrested for the shooting death of a 17-year-old boy in Lamont have pleaded not guilty to murder.

Sheriff’s deputies say Juan Montano, his brother Jose, and Giovanni Jasso killed Abraham Rubio following an argument on Paradise Road and Weedpatch Highway late last month. Juan Montano also pleaded not guilty to a gun charge.
