A tanker truck that spilled thousands of gallons of fuel in southeast Bakersfield is still a problem Thursday morning for drivers. The rig overturned around 5:30 Wednesday afternoon when the truck made a quick turn on South Union Avenue and East Panama Lane. Evacuations were initially ordered in the immediate area while the fuel was contained, the cleanup is still underway.
