A Kern County task force has been formed to target illegal medical marijuana dispensaries, with a series of raids launched in Rosamond. Code Compliance Supervisor Al Rojas says several thousand dollars in unsafe edible food products as well as illegal synthetic drugs known as bath salts have been seized. County supervisors banned synthetic drugs like spice and bath salts earlier this year, and passed a moratorium on new pot shops.
