A judge has sentenced the last of four defendants convicted for growing marijuana at an archaeological site northeast of Bakersfield. U.S. Attorney Karen Escobar says 30-year-old Rafael Torres-Armenta acknowledged holes were dug causing extensive environmental damage. Torres-Armenta received three years and one month in prison, three other defendants are serving terms between two and five years.
