A South High School graduate who’d signed on to play football at Bakersfield College has been killed in a roadside accident. The CHP says 17-year-old Jonathan Garcia was crossing Comanche Drive near Panama Road after a minor car crash late Friday night when he was struck by another car.

The accident is being investigated.
