Police need your help to find a woman accused of stealing a car that was parked on South H Street near White Lane in Bakersfield. Officers say the suspect entered the sedan which has been recovered then fled the area. She’s described as between 30 and 35, with black curly hair and a small tattoo on her right shoulder.
