The Coroner’s Office says a person who was found dead on a Mojave road from a homicide had died from being hit by a car and not being shot as first thought. 45-year-old Jesse Lee Wisner of Los Angeles was found at L and Shasta Streets in June.

There are no suspects and or arrests.
