Bakersfield police have arrested a man they say was caught red-handed with jewelry that was stolen in northwest Bakersfield. The burglary at Fabrie Jewelers on Coffee and Hageman roads was at 4:16am September 26th, sheriff’s deputies stopped 35-year-old Christopher Headspeth three days later on Julian Drive, who was also wanted on a warrant.
