The family of 20-year-old Bailey Schweitzer has set up a Go Fund Me page to pay for funeral and medical expenses after she was gunned down during the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas. Schweitzer was a Centennial High grad whose family owns the Bakersfield Speedway.
