The coroner’s office has identified a Bakersfield man killed in a crash on Old River Road as 29-year-old Edgar Tellez. The Highway Patrol says he was a passenger in a vehicle that was north of Copus Road Saturday afternoon. He was transported from the scene with major injuries to Kern Medical.
