Bakersfield police say the two officers who shot a man outside the Heart Hospital are Felipe Juarez and James Montgomery. It’s the first officer-involved shooting for both. The suspect 44-year-old Brandon Clark of Big Sur, is in critical condition at a local hospital after he was wounded Friday night.
