A Bakersfield man accused of stabbing his mother and two brothers has been sentenced to no more than three years in a state mental hospital. Prosecutors believe Jeremy Rapolla attacked the victims in July on Donna Avenue and third street after an argument with his mother. His 10-year-old brother was seriously injured.
