A Bakersfield lawmaker is calling for a complete financial audit of the High Speed Rail project in the Central Valley. Assemblyman Vince Fong said it’s not sustainable and leaves taxpayers on the hook. Estimates for the project have jumped to $10.6 Billion from the current budget.
