California City Police are looking for the person who fatally stabbed a woman near Poppy and Mitchell Boulevards. The incident happened around 3:45 Sunday afternoon, and the suspect drove away in a black SUV.

Officers are also searching for the person who stabbed another woman a few hours earlier on 83rd Street, but she’s expected to survive.

A description of both suspects has not been released, and the motives for the attacks are unknown.
