A 34-year-old Rosamond man has died after he was struck by a hit and run driver on Sierra Highway east of Mojave. The CHP says It happened just after 8:00 Monday night just south of Hillcrest Avenue and the vehicle involved fled the scene. The pedestrian’s name has not been released.
