The coroner’s office has identified the pedestrian hit and killed on Ming Avenue as 56-year-old Lee Wilson of Bakersfield. Police say he was struck by a hit and run driver Wednesday night then taken to Kern Medical. There have been no arrests and a suspect description has not been released.
