The man who admitted he started the 35-acre Hub Fire in Lake Isabella has been sentenced to a year in jail and four years probation. 35-year-old Michael Bustamante pulled out a lighter as he was riding his bicycle on Red Hill Road in June last year. The fire burned close to Kern Valley High School before it was put out.
