The DMV has cited fifteen drivers in Bakersfield caught misusing a disabled parking placard at Kern County Public Health Services on Mt. Vernon Avenue. The enforcement operation took place February 6th and those people are facing fines between 250 and $1,000. They’ll also see a note on their record.
