Deputies are looking for the man they believe stabbed another man in Kernville. The victim is in critical condition after the attack last night [wed] around 6:15 on Kernville Road near the Frandy Campground. The suspect is identified as 40-year-old Dennis Welch of Bakersfield, tips may be made at 661-861-3110 or the Secret Witness Line at 322-4040.
