A man who held Bakersfield SWAT officers at bay for 12 hours has managed to escape, and police say he should be considered armed and dangerous. Twenty-two-year-old Trevon Lee Foreman was seen running into an apartment complex on Cheatham Avenue near Cottonwood on Sunday morning, he’s wanted for the attack on East 10th Street near Northrup Street that killed one man and hurt two others in a drive-by shooting Friday night. Another suspect, 21-year-old Michael Gage, was arrested on Sunday.
