The Sheriff’s Office confirms a 37-year-old man has been arrested for a vandalism spree in northeast Bakersfield where 29 cars were attacked with a screwdriver. Joey Head was booked on felony charges that include making criminal threats for the incident late Tuesday afternoon near Garces High, damage is about $15-thousand.
