The Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly drive-by shooting in Delano that happened in broad daylight. The person who was shot around 8:30 Wednesday morning on Browning Road and Woollomes Avenue crashed their car into a third vehicle, and the killer then got into a fight with another driver before fleeing.
