A 24-year-old Arvin man has been arrested for the murder of a 22-year-old man this month on Monroe Street. Police and Sheriff’s SWAT deputies took Francisco Banos into custody Thursday at a house on Walnut Drive, and also booked Jose Banos for being a felon in possession of a .22 rifle.

Fabien Zuniga was shot in the chest April 15th.
