The man convicted of raping another man’s wife has had his sentencing postponed because he wants a new lawyer and a new trial. Haliki Green will find out next week if there will be any change.

Green was doing drugs with Russell Higgins before the assault on Mrs. Higgins two years ago in Tehachapi. Higgins was sentenced to 53-years-to-life in prison last month.
