Police are looking for the person who shot and killed a man outside Fremont Elementary School in Delano.

27-year-old Jamie Herrera was struck around 5:15 Friday morning on 14th Avenue and Clinton Street and was driven to the hospital where he later died. Several bullets also hit nearby houses, but no one else was injured.
