Police have arrested two men on several firearms charges for shooting off a handgun in east Bakersfield. Officers used ShotSpotter to find Juan Cardona and Arturo Perez Wednesday night in a car on East 11th and South Robinson streets. Shell casings were discovered in and around the car.

Perez was also wanted for felony DUI.
