Two men have been arrested for public intoxication after an incident outside the new Boulevard venue on Buck Owens Blvd. in Bakersfield.

Police got a call of a man with a gun around 7:00 Saturday night and found 22-year-old Harley Bucheli with a concealed, snub-nosed pistol. 23-year-old Luis Sandoval was also arrested for being drunk in public.
