Delano Police are looking for the man suspected of a deadly shooting outside Fremont Elementary School.

Officers have not said why they think 21-year-old Gabriel Tarango shot 27-year-old Jaime Herrera last month on 14th Avenue and Clinton Street. Another suspect, 20-year old Juan Alvarado, was arrested a week after the attack.

Tarango should be considered armed and dangerous.
