An Arvin man and his teenage sister have been killed in a three semi crash on northbound I-5 in Fresno County.

The CHP says 25-year-old Luis Mendez, Jr. couldn’t stop in time before slamming into another big rig near Shields Avenue in Firebaugh Tuesday morning. 14-year-old Ariana Mendez was in the passenger seat.
