This is a correction to a story we ran earlier this week: a Bakersfield OB-GYN has been put on three-and-a-half years probation and has not had his license revoked by the state medical board.

Dr. Jason Helliwell was accused of gross negligence and sexual misconduct following breast augmentation and liposuction procedures. A third person also has to be in the room when he sees female patients.
