A 47-year-old Porterville woman with a Domestic Violence warrant is jailed for child endangerment. Deputies were looking for Gloria Arragon Wednesday at the property on East River Avenue at South Park Street when they also found packaged and unprocessed marijuana, paraphernalia and scales, and over a quarter pound of meth. That led to the arrest of 37-year-old Antonio Chavez by the Tulare Gang and Narcotics task force. The ages of the children at the residence and where they were taken have not been disclosed.
