Arvin Police have arrested a 21-year-old man and are looking for two other people suspected of wounding a man during a drive-by shooting on Fallbrook Avenue.

The victim was discovered Thursday evening near Tejon Highway, while the suspect was discovered at a gas station on Bear Mountain Blvd. a few hours later standing next to the getaway car.
