The Coroner’s Office confirms a man’s body that was pulled from the Kern River near Hart Park was that of Frank Davis. The 30-year-old from Bakersfield had been floating with family on Saturday when he went under. It took three days to find him in the 12-foot deep water near the County Soccer Complex, where a man also drowned last year.
