A pastor with ties to Bakersfield has been sentenced for Grand Theft in Tulare County. 52-year-old Ignacio Villafan received five years probation Wednesday for stealing over $300-thousand from his Tulare church. Villafan also spent time as a pastor at St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Bakersfield.
