The man who was killed when be blew through a stop sign on Tejon and Edison highways east of Bakersfield was 40-year-old Augustin Cervantes of Lamont. The CHP says speeding caused his Honda Accord to go airborne sometime early Sunday morning when it hit the dirt shoulder and rolled several times.
