AMAZON PHONE SCAM

The Better Business Bureau is warning people to watch out for scammers who promise you a job with Amazon then drain your bank account.

Bureau spokeswoman Kayleena Speakman says crooks started calling people when the company announced it was opening a fulfillment center in Bakersfield. The thieves claim to be from StockRetail.com, WebStoreJobs.com, or Amazon Cash Website and offer a work from home job posting product reviews if you fill out an “enrollment kit” with lots of personal information.
