A cafe that’s served people in northeast Bakersfield for years has suddenly closed.The only announcement was a sign posted Monday on the door to Cindy’s Restaurant on Auburn Street, in which the owners thanked customers for their loyalty, friendship and understanding. A reason for the closure was not given.
