Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a woman again for the murder of another woman east of Bakersfield.

Cori Cotton is accused of shooting Kristin Goldberry in the head during an argument last year in Twin Oaks, then burying her body in a shallow grave. The previous case against Cotton was dropped.

Her boyfriend Brett Stroud is also charged with being an accessory.
